How to Cook Orange Chicken

Lots of people like Orange Chicken.  This is a very quick recipe which will show you how to cook orange chicken.  Its zesty…its delicious.  Best of all, its quick!

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of white wine
  • 1 cup or orange marmalade
  • 1 chicken (quartered)
  • 2 cans (12 ounces) of mandarin oranges (drained)

Preparation

Preheat oven to 325 degrees Farenheit (165 Celsius).

Combine wine and marmalade in sprayed baking dish.  Add chicken pieces and coat with marmalade/wine.

Bake for 40 minutes uncovered and baste every midway.  Add oranges during the last 10 minutes of cooking.  Serve over hot rice.  Yummy!  Serves 4-6.
